Peggy Guggenheim's Garden, Venezia
This ink and watercolours painting by award-winning Australian artist Dai Wynn depicts the leafy garden behind Peggy Guggenhaim’s fabulous palazzo on the Grand Canal in Venice, Italy. The larger sculptures in her Collection are placed around the various garden “rooms”. Inside the grand house are the priceless paintings of early 20th century artists. In the background are the domes of the Basilica Santa Maria della Salute where the Grand Canal meets the Lagoon.
