About this artwork

John Fuller aka "Mad" Dan Morgan, was a bushranger (highwayman) in the 19th century in southern New South Wales. He used a granite outcrop at Culcairn as a lookout with a 360º view of surrounding farmland. After shooting several people and causing general mayhem, he was shot by police.
