About this artwork

A couple sit on the grass at Humayun's Tomb (a UNESCO World Heritage Site) in New Delhi. Sometimes the fun in photography is to capture a view/moment that makes it unique — I like the illusion that they are the only people there... By the way, Humayun as in the second Mughal Emperor Nasir ud-din Muhammad Humayun , who ruled most of what is now Afghanistan, Pakistan and a good part og northern India. Do you know what his full title was? Here it is, and do try saying it out loud at least once: Al-Sultan al-'Azam wal Khaqan al-Mukarram, Jam-i-Sultanat-i-haqiqi wa Majazi, Sayyid al-Salatin, Abu'l Muzaffar Nasir ud-din Muhammad Humayun Padshah Ghazi, Zillu'llah How's that for a tongue-twister?
