About this artwork

HELLO! PAMA Lama was five years old when he first met Pama, in his play- room. Lama didn’t interact much with family or friends. His family consisted of just his mother who just couldn’t get off her phone. Consequence to that Lama was paid very little attention to. But he coped well with it after he met Pama. Pama is Lama’s life friend. She followed him everywhere he went and did whatever he did. They’d talk for hours and hours, play the entire day, read out stories to each other and have tea parties. They eventually grew up together and shared a lot of interests. For Lama it was like he found a mother in form a sister and friend. He always felt the lack of love from his mother, that lead him to look for that image in someone else and because he never found that person, he created one for himself.
